CJ Darcl to set up 80,000 sq ft cross-dock hub in Haryana

CJ Darcl Logistics has partnered with Flipkart and Ekart Express to establish an 80,000 sq ft cross-dock hub in Farrukhnagar, Haryana. The facility will support their end-to-end fulfilment operations and strengthen CJ Darcl’s warehousing and supply chain management capabilities.

The new cross-dock hub will strengthen shipment connectivity and operational efficiency, enabling the movement of shipments across the network while supporting the scale and complexity of e-commerce fulfilment.

The partnership combines CJ Darcl’s warehousing and distribution capabilities with Flipkart and Ekart Express’ supply chain network and technology-backed operational and AI-enabled capabilities.

CJ Darcl said its capabilities include cross-docking, inventory management, order fulfilment, barcode-enabled operations, WMS and TMS integration, intra-facility automation, kitting, labelling, bundling and customised packaging.

The company had 22 warehouses covering 2.78 million sq ft in FY2025-26. It said this has given it experience in managing large-scale and complex warehousing operations.

CJ Darcl also said it has expertise in handling high-density inventory, complex SKU assortments and peak-period operations, which will support dynamic e-commerce supply chains at scale.

The company said it looks forward to working with Flipkart and Ekart Express to build a stronger, more agile and integrated logistics ecosystem.
