Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd., part of the XpressBees Group, has elevated Chandra Prakash (CP), formerly Chief Business Officer, to Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026.
In his new role, Prakash will lead Trackon’s next phase of growth, focusing on network expansion, particularly in South India, technology and artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, channel partnerships and service reliability.
As Chief Business Officer, Prakash led business expansion, strengthened the company’s sales and channel partner network, and drove coordination across sales, operations, technology and people functions.
He brings more than two decades of experience in sales leadership and building large-scale distribution networks. Before joining Trackon, he served as Senior Vice President and National Sales Head at BlackBuck, also known as Zinka Logistics Solutions, where he led nationwide sales strategy and managed a team of more than 6,000 professionals.
His previous leadership experience also includes roles at OYO, Airtel, Tata Teleservices, Reliance Communications, Hindustan Unilever and Eveready Industries.
Commenting on his appointment, Prakash said Trackon would focus on expanding its network, with South India identified as a key growth market amid increasing business and e-commerce activity. He added that technology and AI would support smarter routing, network planning, predictive operations and real-time customer visibility.
The company also plans to equip channel partners with improved tools to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Amitava Saha, Managing Director and CEO of XpressBees, said Prakash’s elevation reflected his understanding of the logistics business, experience in scaling distribution networks and focus on operational execution. He added that Trackon would build on its existing partner network to strengthen service capabilities and develop a more scalable, technology-led operating model.
