Allcargo Terminals appoints Pranav Choudhary as Managing Director
Choudhary will serve a three-year term from September 1, 2026, with shareholders to consider his appointment and remuneration at the September 22 AGM.

Allcargo Terminals has appointed Pranav Choudhary as its Managing Director with effect from September 1, 2026, for a three-year term ending August 31, 2029. His appointment and remuneration will be placed before shareholders for approval at the company’s 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 22, 2026.
The company’s Board approved and recommended Choudhary’s appointment following a recommendation from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He has also been appointed as an Additional Director with effect from September 1, 2026. His appointment as a Director and Managing Director will be subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Under the proposed remuneration package, Choudhary will receive a basic salary and other components, including gratuity and the employer’s provident fund contribution, of ₹3.1 million per month. The Board can increase this to a maximum of ₹4.5 million per month. Annual increments will be decided by the Board based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and will be linked to individual and company performance.
He will also be eligible for variable pay of up to ₹10 million a year, depending on individual, function or division and company performance. In addition, he will receive a one-time joining bonus of ₹7.5 million, payable in two equal instalments.
Choudhary will also be eligible for ESARs or ESOPs valued at ₹20.5 million on the date of grant. These will vest in four equal annual tranches of 25% each, subject to applicable regulations and the company’s prevailing policy.
Choudhary has more than 25 years of experience in the infrastructure and ports industry, covering strategic leadership, business transformation, infrastructure development, project finance and stakeholder management. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer (Ports) at Adani Ports and SEZ, where he led the company’s domestic ports portfolio.
Before that, he was Joint President and Head of the Container Business at Adani Ports and SEZ. He had also served as Chief Executive Officer of Hazira and Dahej Ports and, earlier, as Chief Financial Officer of Gangavaram Port for nearly 15 years.
Allcargo Terminals said its business covers Container Freight Stations, Inland Container Depots and other related logistics activities. For FY2025-26, the company reported standalone sales of ₹5.64 billion and profit after tax of ₹30.9 million. On a consolidated basis, sales stood at ₹8.20 billion and profit after tax at ₹40.4 million.
The company will hold its 7th AGM on September 22 at 12:30 pm through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The meeting will also consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2025-26 and the reappointment of Kaiwan Dossabhoy Kalyaniwalla as a director.
Remote e-voting will open on September 17 at 9 am and close on September 21 at 5 pm. The cut-off date for voting is September 15, 2026.
