Allcargo Gati reports ₹14 cr EBITDA in Q1FY26; revenue at ₹357 cr
The company’s EBITDA margin improved by 116 basis points over Q4FY25, while gross margin rose by 171 basis points sequentially.;
Allcargo Gati has reported an 18% quarter-on-quarter jump in EBITDA for Q1FY26, reaching ₹14 crore. The performance comes despite a 7% dip in revenue compared to the previous quarter.
The company’s EBITDA margin improved by 116 basis points over Q4FY25, while gross margin rose by 171 basis points sequentially, reflecting improved operational efficiency. Allcargo Gati’s express business operates under Gati Express and Supply Chain (GESCPL).
Year-on-year, the company saw a marginal decline in revenue at ₹357 crore, down 0.3% from Q1FY25, while EBITDA dropped 26% from ₹20 crore in the same quarter last year.
Commenting on the results, Ketan Kulkarni, MD and CEO of Allcargo Gati and GESCPL, said, “We are pleased to deliver a strong EBITDA performance in Q1FY26, demonstrating disciplined execution of our strategic priorities—customer-centricity, digital integration, and operational excellence.”
Kulkarni noted that the company onboarded large enterprise clients during the quarter, strengthened sector-specific capabilities, and leveraged tech platforms such as HubEye and Gate Scan for real-time visibility and productivity. Upcoming logistics hubs in Lucknow and Hyderabad, along with a newly launched consultative logistics facility in Chennai, are set to enhance the company’s nationwide footprint.
