iThink Logistics launches live tracking for global seller Shipments
The service offers real-time visibility across customs, transit and delivery stages, supporting Indian MSMEs and Etsy sellers shipping to 220+ countries.
iThink Logistics, an Indian eCommerce logistics technology platform, has launched live shipment tracking for Indian sellers shipping cross-border, including independent makers and MSMEs selling on marketplaces such as Etsy.
The new capability provides sellers and their international buyers with real-time visibility throughout the delivery journey, from pickup in India to final delivery overseas.
As cross-border eCommerce continues to grow, shipment tracking remains a key challenge for online sellers and customers. Delayed status updates, limited visibility into customs movements, and the involvement of multiple logistics partners often create gaps in tracking during international deliveries.
iThink Logistics said its platform addresses these challenges by consolidating updates from every stage of the shipment journey, including first-mile pickup, international transit, customs clearance and last-mile delivery. The platform offers a single, continuously updated view of each shipment.
According to the company, the feature helps improve seller credibility on marketplaces, increase buyer confidence through live tracking, and support operational efficiency for sellers expanding into international markets.
“Cross-border tracking has long been one of the toughest challenges for India’s independent sellers and MSMEs as they take their products to the global market,” said Zaiba Sarang, Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of iThink Logistics.
“A seller in India should be able to track a parcel across continents with the same confidence that a buyer has when tracking a local order. By bringing live, end-to-end visibility to every cross-border shipment, we’re helping these businesses expand internationally while delivering a better customer experience worldwide.”
The launch is part of iThink Logistics’ broader efforts to strengthen cross-border logistics infrastructure for Indian exporters. The live tracking service is available for shipments to the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, the GCC, the UAE and more than 220 countries worldwide.
