WheelsEye raises $1 million from Prime Ventures

September 3, 2018: Logistics startup WheelsEye has reportedly raised $1 million from Prime Venture Partners. The funding by the early-stage venture capital firm will be used to improve and refine the company’s technology product, which is still in early stages of development.

Founded last year by Anshul Mimani and Manish Somani, WheelsEye is building a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for the logistics industry to enable automation, lower overall cost, and boost efficiency.

Speaking about the logistics sector, Mimani said that his company sees a huge opportunity for a technological transformation. Effective prioritisation and application of data and technology is what the industry needs, he added.

Prime Venture Partners is a Bengaluru-based Early stage fund led by serial entrepreneurs Sanjay Swamy, Shripati Acharya and Amit Somani.
