Crystal Crop appoints Vaibhav Verma as Chief Supply Chain Officer

Crystal Crop has appointed Vaibhav Verma as its Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), where he will lead the company's integrated supply chain function.

Verma has over 28 years of experience across supply chain, operations, procurement and projects. He has led initiatives across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) region and held leadership roles at Kerry Group PLC, Heinz India, Marico and Larsen & Toubro.

At Crystal Crop, Verma will focus on operational excellence, digital transformation and supply chain agility to support the company's long-term growth ambitions.

Verma holds a Master of Management from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay, and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
