India’s first perpetual warehousing and industrial parks InvIT, listed on the National Stock Exchange, has launched a 1 lakh sq ft warehousing facility at Verna Industrial Estate in South Goa, further strengthening its footprint in the state. With this addition, the company’s total warehousing portfolio in Goa now stands at around 1.3 million sq ft.

The newly operational facility has been leased to a leading manufacturing company, underlining the growing demand for modern and compliant warehousing spaces in the region.

Located in Verna, a prominent industrial hub in Goa, the facility benefits from strong connectivity to major highways, ports, and industrial zones, making it an attractive location for manufacturing and industrial occupiers. The development also highlights the increasing need for Grade A warehousing infrastructure in emerging industrial markets like Goa.

Designed as a Grade A facility, the development features efficient layouts, scalable infrastructure, and adherence to modern warehousing standards, making it well-suited for large-scale manufacturing operations. The project highlights NDR’s continued commitment to developing high-quality infrastructure that strengthens India’s evolving supply chain and industrial landscape.

Amrutesh Reddy, Director at NDR InvIT Managers Private Limited, said, “Goa is fast evolving as a credible industrial and manufacturing hub, and this development marks an important step in our strategy to expand into high-growth, underpenetrated markets. Our Verna facility is built to global standards and tailored to the needs of modern manufacturing occupiers. With this inauguration, we are not only strengthening our presence in the state but also reinforcing our commitment to building high-quality infrastructure that supports India’s manufacturing-led growth.”
