Kaushalya Logistics (KLL) has expanded its cement supply chain presence in northern India by commencing operations at three new depots in Uttar Pradesh for JK Cement under the CFA model, a move that boosts its regional capacity and strengthens its long-standing partnership with the cement major.

The new depots are located in Fatehpur (Choudagra), Unnao (Radhaganj) and Balia (Rasara). Together, they are expected to handle around 3,000 MT of cement each month, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and supporting JK Cement’s distribution network across high-growth markets in the region.

The opening of these facilities marks KLL’s 12th, 13th and 14th depot additions in FY 2025–26, taking its total operational depot count to 116. The company said the continued expansion underscores its nationwide presence and its focus on delivering efficient, time-bound and cost-effective supply chain solutions for the cement sector.

KLL added that the steady addition of depots reflects its operational excellence, execution strength and commitment to creating long-term value. With its expanding footprint and strong client relationships, the company said it is well placed to benefit from growing opportunities in India’s cement supply chain and infrastructure landscape.
