ClickPost and Vinculum announce a strategic partnership that will combine ClickPost's industry-leading shipment tracking and customer delivery experience with Vinculum's world-class omnichannel commerce and supply chain fulfillment service for brands.
The partnership of two SaaS giants ushers in a revolutionary new manner for e-commerce firms to develop efficient business strategies for enhanced client retention and revenue. With variable carrier allocation and improved AWB generating logic, this collaboration will enable a far quicker courier tracking sync than previously possible.
The strategic partnership will assist brands in managing end-to-end eCommerce, including global marketplace listings, data consistency, real-time inventory visibility in stores, BOPIS (buy online, pick up in-store), BOPAK (buy online, pick up at kerbside), returns across channels, streamlined logistics operations, and improved customer delivery experiences.
