ClickPost launches platform to simplify cross-border shipping
The platform helps Indian brands manage international shipments through one interface with AI-powered automation, carrier management and branded tracking.
ClickPost has launched its Cross-Border Logistics Intelligence Platform, allowing Indian brands to manage international shipping operations through a single interface. The platform is already being used by direct-to-consumer (D2C), retail and B2B customers, with the company reporting operational and customer experience improvements.
As more Indian brands expand into international markets, managing multiple logistics partners, address verification, customer communication and returns has become increasingly complex. ClickPost said its new platform brings these functions together in one place, helping brands automate key processes while providing a branded post-purchase experience.
The platform enables merchants to generate carrier-compliant international shipping labels through a single API, removing manual data entry and reducing errors. It also allows brands to set rules-based carrier allocation, automatically routing shipments to the most suitable logistics partner based on predefined business rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual decision-making.
"Cross-border commerce should not feel like operating five different logistics systems stitched together," said Naman Vijay, Co-founder of ClickPost. "Brands today need the same visibility, automation and customer experience for international shipments that they expect from domestic logistics. With our Cross-Border Logistics Intelligence Platform, we're helping brands eliminate operational complexity while giving customers a seamless global delivery experience."
To reduce delivery failures, the platform includes AI-powered self-service order editing supported by Google and USPS address verification. Customers can update incorrect delivery details before dispatch, while brands can use these interactions to recommend products and offer upsells, helping improve average order value by 2–5%.
The platform also includes AI-powered branded tracking pages and consolidated notifications, giving customers real-time visibility of international shipments while keeping them within the brand's own digital experience. According to ClickPost, customers already using the platform have reported a 40% reduction in operational tasks related to carrier selection, label generation, tracking and internal reporting, a 60% reduction in cross-border customer queries, and complete removal of cross-border TMS-side requirements for client technology teams.
The platform supports shipments from India to destinations across North America, the European Union, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Australia and New Zealand. Instead of directing customers to multiple carrier websites, it allows brands to retain control of the customer journey while offering real-time shipment visibility.
ClickPost said it currently supports logistics operations for more than 450 brands, including Walmart, Nykaa, Titan, Puma, Lenskart, One8 and Gully Labs, managing deliveries across hundreds of carrier partners through a single platform.
