Allcargo Logistics to Cover 100% India’s PIN codes with AER
AER now enables Allcargo to provide seamless logistics access to traditionally difficult areas like Ladakh, Port Blair, Jammu & Kashmir, the Western Ghats, and the Northeast belt.;
Allcargo Logistics has announced a transformation of its domestic distribution network with the launch of Allcargo Extended Reach (AER). The new initiative, an upgraded and rebranded version of its former Extra Serviceable Stations (ESS) model.
According to the press release, the company’s achievement of 100% coverage across all available PIN codes in India.
Allcargo has expanded its network footprint from 21,000 to more than 32,000 mapped locations. Central to this rollout is the doubling of its direct serviceable PIN codes, increasing from 4,900 to over 10,000, which are now managed directly through Allcargo distribution centres to ensure higher speed, reliability, and operational control.
The expansion comes as India’s consumption-led growth shifts toward Tier II, III, and IV regions. Through AER, Allcargo now provides seamless logistics access to traditionally difficult-to-reach areas, including Ladakh, Port Blair, Jammu & Kashmir, the Western Ghats, and the Northeast belt.
This move is designed to support the scaling of MSMEs, digital-first businesses, and large enterprises that increasingly require consistent last-mile delivery in remote markets.

Allcargo has undertaken a comprehensive operational redesign. The company has implemented AI-led planning tools, intelligent routing systems, and fully digitalized workflows to improve delivery predictability.
Additionally, the company recently increased its nationwide transshipment centres from 21 to 71, creating a more robust network of hubs and line-haul routes to manage the increased volume and connectivity requirements.
