Hiranandani – Blackstone JV to invest Rs2500 crore for 12 million sq ft warehousing

December 24, 2019: The US-based asset management company Blackstone and the Indian real estate developer Hiranandani has formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop industrial, logistic and warehousing facility in India with an initial investment of Rs2500 crore.

The platform will initially include 267 acres in Pune, 115 acres in Chennai, 73 acres in Nashik and 25 acres in West Bengal.

December 24, 2019: The US-based asset management company Blackstone and the Indian real estate developer Hiranandani has formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop industrial, logistic and warehousing facilities in India with an initial investment of Rs2500 crore. 

The platform will initially include GreenBase’s, the logistics venture of Hiranandani, 267 acres in Pune, 115 acres in Chennai’s industrial suburb Orangadum, 73 acres in Nashik and around 25 acres in Durgapur, West Bengal, reports The Economic Times.
