Wilson Kwong, Chief Executive of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited or Hactl talks about cargo handling at the super terminal of Hong Kong International Airport, the world's busiest cargo airport with more than 100 airlines operating flights to more than 180 cities globally. Kwong shares his insights on what went behind during the last one year at the Hactl terminal in Hong Kong. He provides glimpses of large scale automation and digitalisation being rolled out at the terminal to improve cargo handling and increase efficiency.
