Amway India reaches 90% of India; delivery speeds jump by 48%

Amway India, a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) direct selling company, announced an expansion of its service network, now covering over 90% of India's pin codes, increasing its reach from 8,000 to more than 17,500 pin codes. As per the official press release, the company has enhanced its home delivery experience through the implementation of a unified digital tracking platform and strengthened logistics partnerships.
Amway has reduced its average delivery time by 48%, bringing it down from 3.1 days to just 1.6 days. Additionally, the company has nearly doubled its next-day delivery capacity, which now accounts for over 55% of all orders, up from 29%.
Rajneesh Chopra, Managing Director of Amway India said, “With distributors and customers at the core of our strategy, we are building home delivery as a strategic pillar that empowers better service and improves product access,”
He noted that the growth is the result of strategic investments in national partnerships, a robust digital backbone, and an agile supply chain designed to respond faster and operate with greater consistency.
Amway India operates 23 warehouses across the country. Key facilities have been upgraded with pick-to-light technology to streamline order processing. The company’s digital integration has also reached new heights, with online sales now accounting for 76% of total revenue.
Currently, Amway fulfills over 2 lakh home delivery orders per month, maintaining a perfect delivery rate of 99.2%, a notable increase from 97.2% in 2020.
Beyond delivery speed, the company is focusing on the end-to-end customer journey. A unified tracking platform provides real-time updates via email, SMS, and the web, while a seamless return ecosystem offers a 30-day return policy. This includes doorstep return pickups available in more than 1,900 pin codes.
Looking forward, Amway India is placing a renewed emphasis on the unboxing experience by introducing premium and sustainable packaging solutions. These enhancements are part of a broader effort to support the growing ambitions of the Amway Business Owner (ABO) community while setting new benchmarks for service excellence in the Indian direct-selling industry.
