Ritco Logistics unveils polypropylene hub on Mumbai-Delhi Highway
The 35,000 sq. ft. facility includes a 25,000 sq. ft. specialised zone that is already occupied by one of India's largest polypropylene manufacturers.

Ritco Logistics has announced the commissioning of a new, state-of-the-art warehousing facility in Kheda, Gujarat. The facility is a high-velocity distribution node, strategically located on the high-traffic Mumbai-Delhi Highway. It is specifically engineered to meet the rigorous storage demands of the chemical and industrial sectors.
The total facility spans 35,000 sq. ft., with a specialised 25,000 sq. ft. area already dedicated to one of India’s largest polypropylene manufacturers. The remaining 10,000 sq. ft. is currently vacant and available for immediate operational commencement.
To ensure the integrity of sensitive materials, the warehouse features a fully temperature-controlled environment, safeguarding inventory against heat and regional weather variations. The logistics provider has implemented a smart layout design intended to eliminate cross-congestion, maintaining high inventory accuracy across 10 active SKUs.
The facility is well-equipped to handle demanding logistics operations, featuring 12 loading and unloading docks designed for swift operations to minimise wait times. It offers heavy vehicle access, capable of accommodating 40-foot vehicles, which significantly reduces the overall turnaround time.
Furthermore, the facility includes specialized, in-house Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and forklift services, all operated by highly trained personnel to ensure damage-free handling of all goods.
The warehouse boasts fire-proof construction, advanced sprinkler systems, and insulated roofing. Security is maintained through a 24x7 monitoring system and secure perimeter, alongside ample parking designed to facilitate safe vehicle movement.
Rajesh M. Mudaliar, Chief Business Officer at Ritco Logistics said, This Kheda facility isn’t just about floor space; it’s about reshaping what a manufacturer can expect from their logistics partner in terms of speed and reliability."
He further noted that the dedicated teams and in-house equipment are structured to ensure zero downtime, keeping safety at the forefront of their operations.
