Envirotainer appoints new leaders to strengthen global presence

Envirotainer, a global leader in secure cold chain solutions for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, has announced the appointments of Barbara Morgan as Regional President Americas and Kuntal Baveja as Regional President Asia Pacific (APAC). These strategic moves expand the company’s Executive Leadership Team and underscore its commitment to customer-centric growth in two of its most critical markets.

Morgan brings over 20 years of experience in the life sciences sector, covering pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and medical devices. Her previous role as Vice President and General Manager at Kerry Group adds to her extensive expertise in leading regional operations and fostering customer partnerships. On her appointment, Morgan stated, “Envirotainer’s mission to ensure the safe, reliable delivery of life-saving medicines resonates deeply with me. I’m passionate about building strong partnerships and helping customers across the Americas access the solutions they need to succeed.”

Baveja also brings more than two decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, with a focus on general and specialty medicines across multiple regions, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Envirotainer, he held senior leadership positions at Novartis, including Country and Innovative Medicines President Austria, General Manager Netherlands, and Chief Commercial Officer for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. “The APAC region is diverse and dynamic, and I look forward to working closely with our customers to deliver tailored solutions that improve access to medicines for patients,” Baveja said.

Delphine Perridy continues her role as Chief Commercial Officer while assuming additional responsibilities as President EMEA, reflecting Envirotainer’s commitment to growth and unified commercial leadership across global markets.
