WiseTech unveils CargoWise Value Packs with simpler billing and new tools
New model links charges to each logistics transaction and adds extensive AI, training and supply chain capabilities.;
WiseTech Global has launched its CargoWise Value Packs to simplify billing, reduce platform overheads and add a larger set of product capabilities for forwarding, customs, warehousing and land transport. The company informed more than 95% of customers on 31 October 2025 and made the new model live from 1 December 2025. For India’s logistics sector, which continues to adopt digital solutions at a fast pace, the move brings a clearer and more predictable commercial structure for users of the CargoWise platform.
WiseTech said the new value packs replace the seat and transaction licence model that has been in place since 2014. Under the new system, there are no standard hosting costs or seat fees for CargoWise Cloud. Instead, the charge is linked directly to the transaction carried out by the logistics provider for an importer or exporter. The company noted that logistics service providers may choose to pass on this charge to customers as a disbursement, in line with existing industry practice.
Each value pack is designed for a specific logistics segment—forwarding, customs, warehousing and land transport. WiseTech said they offer a single all-in-one fee for each logistics job, such as a shipment, a stand-alone customs declaration, a land transport movement or a warehouse order line. More features will be added over time as the company continues to invest in automation for logistics execution and global supply chain management.
The value packs include over 216 high-value modules and functions for logistics service providers, including 198 powerful capabilities released under the Early Access Agreement in the last year. For importers, exporters and traders using CargoWise logistics providers, more than 116 new capabilities are available, including an expanded version of CargoWise Neo and several supply chain management tools from the e2open product suite. These tools aim to help customers automate workloads, improve planning and execution and strengthen visibility across operations.
WiseTech has also bundled full access to its Artificial Intelligence Automation features, such as the AI workflow engine, AI management engine, AI Classification Assistant, ComplianceWise and the AI CargoWise Expert chatbot. The company said these tools help reduce labour requirements, lower risk and increase productivity for operational staff and management. In addition, all value pack customers will receive free training and certification through the WiseTech Academy, which offers industry-recognised online courses covering logistics, business, operations and management.
Richard White, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at WiseTech, said the value packs offer customers a major enhancement. He said the AI engines and the simplified commercial model will support automation and lift productivity for exporters, importers and traders. White added that WiseTech will provide incentives to encourage customers’ staff to upskill through the WiseTech Academy.
Zubin Appoo, Chief Executive Officer of WiseTech Global, said the launch shows the progress the company is making on its strategic objectives. He said the simplified billing model removes a barrier to adopting new modules and will help drive the digitalisation of the industry. Appoo noted that the company is focused on industry innovation, including AI workflow offerings and Container Transport Optimisation, and on strengthening the opportunities created by the e2open integration across global and domestic supply chains.
WiseTech said it remains committed to revolutionising logistics and trade through innovation and aims to deliver long-term value for all stakeholders.
