Unicommerce, Naqel Express partners to strengthen e-commerce logistics in Saudi Arabia

Unicommerce, one of India’s e-commerce enablement SaaS platforms, has announced a strategic partnership with Naqel Express, the logistics provider in Saudi Arabia. The collaboration aims to fortify the e-commerce supply chain across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) by integrating Unicommerce’s order management technology with Naqel’s extensive logistics network.

Under this agreement, e-commerce businesses in the Kingdom using the Unicommerce platform will gain seamless access to Naqel Express’s delivery infrastructure.

This integration will allow brands to manage critical operations, including orders, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and express cross-border shipping, through a single, unified dashboard. The move is expected to streamline fulfilment operations, improve delivery efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
