Softlink and Globelink WW India sign MoU to build logistics workforce
It addresses the logistics industry’s shortage of trained workers by offering practical, ERP-based training through Softlink’s Logi-Sys platform.;
Softlink Academy, the skilling arm of Softlink Global, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Globelink WW India to build a skilled workforce for the logistics sector across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
The collaboration will combine Softlink’s technology training with Globelink’s operational network to deploy job-ready professionals for freight forwarding, customs broking, and related services.
The partnership addresses the logistics industry’s shortage of trained workers by offering practical, ERP-based training through Softlink’s Logi-Sys platform. Under the agreement, Softlink Academy will supply Globelink WW India with certified talent through its LogiLEARN and LogiSKILL programmes, which cover documentation, customs clearance, shipment handling, and other core logistics operations.
