India-based full-stack fulfilment and supply chain technology company QuickShift has raised ₹22 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital, with participation from Axilor Ventures and other investors. The funds will be used to develop an AI-first platform, strengthen teams, enhance omni-channel programmes, and expand operations across key markets in North and South India.
QuickShift aims to simplify complex fulfilment operations and enable real-time decision-making for brands and businesses of all sizes. The investment will also support the company’s plan to enhance multi-channel programmes and scale its leadership and operational capabilities for sustained growth.
Founded by Anshul Goenka, QuickShift has emerged as a key player in India’s D2C fulfilment and logistics space. The company has achieved 100% annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth between September 2024 and September 2025. Its core business expanded by 50%, while new programmes grew by over 100%, serving more than 100 enterprise and D2C customers across categories.
Commenting on the funding, Goenka said, “We are on a strong path of growth and profitability. Our vision is to build a cutting-edge, full-stack platform that empowers new-age, enterprise, and SMB brands to manage distributed inventories, streamline order processing, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across every sales channel.”
Atomic Capital, which recently announced the final close of its maiden ₹400 crore fund, led the investment. Its Founder and Managing Partner, Apoorv Gautam, said, “India’s online consumer market has been on a strong upward trajectory since the pandemic. QuickShift has capitalised on this opportunity by offering a one-stop solution for logistics and operational needs across a wide spectrum of brands.”
QuickShift currently handles over 3 lakh B2C shipments, 7 lakh marketplace orders, and 5,000 quick commerce PO replenishments per month, marking a 75% year-on-year growth. The company operates seven fulfilment centres serving more than 29,000 pincodes across India and plans to expand into NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, with upcoming centres in Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Indore.
Integrating seamlessly with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Jiomart, and BigBasket, QuickShift provides end-to-end visibility and control over inventory and order management. The company aims to accelerate global e-commerce shipping for Indian suppliers and SMBs, supporting India’s growing position in the global digital trade ecosystem.
