Mahindra Logistics Q2 net loss narrows to ₹10.35 cr, revenue up by 11%
EBITDA saw a 29% jump to ₹85 crore from ₹66 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.;
Mahindra Logistics on 27 October reported a net loss of ₹10.35 crore, compared to a net loss of ₹10.75 crore during the quarter ended September 2024 down by 3%.
The company demonstrated strong operational revenue growth for the quarter increased by 11% year-over-year, reaching ₹1,685 crore compared to ₹1,521 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) saw a 29% jump to ₹85 crore from ₹66 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the top-line growth was driven by broad based growth across the 3PL, freight forwarding, mobility and express segments.
Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics said, “We have demonstrated this through tangible improvements such as 20%+ reduction in whitespace, our express business turning gross margin positive for the first time, operationalisation of 8 new projects, expansion projects from our repeat customers and cost optimisation on overheads & discretionary spends said.
He further said that, “This festive season, our e-commerce network dispatched over 3.5 crore shipments from fulfilment centres, processed nearly 4.3 crore shipments through sortation facilities and completed over 6000 trips nationwide.”
For the first half of the fiscal year (H1 FY26), Mahindra Logistics registered consolidated revenue of ₹3,310 crore (₹33 billion), an increase from ₹2,941 crore (₹29.41 billion) in H1 FY25, reflecting sustained growth. EBITDA for the half-year rose to ₹161 crore from ₹133 crore.
The company reported a pre-tax loss of ₹11.23 crore compared to ₹7.47 crore in the same period last year, while the consolidated net loss stood at ₹21.15 crore as against ₹20.07 crore. The diluted earnings per share for H1 FY26 was ₹2.62 compared to ₹2.68 in H1 FY25.
