KSH Integrated Logistics (KILPL) has launched its third fully compliant warehouse facility in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, adding 50,000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to a global FMCG beverage brand. The expansion strengthens the company’s distribution network in Western India.

With this addition, KILPL’s total footprint in Bhiwandi has reached 250,000 sq. ft. The company is targeting more than 500,000 sq. ft. of operational capacity in the region by the end of the year.

The new facility has been developed to meet rising demand and changing operational needs of its global client. As consumption patterns increase and distribution cycles become faster, the expansion is aimed at improving speed, flexibility and service continuity.

This move is part of KILPL’s broader plan to build scalable logistics infrastructure across key sectors, including automotive, industrial, FMCG, FMCD, quick commerce, chemical and apparel.

Bhiwandi remains a key logistics hub, and the new facility benefits from strong connectivity. Its location near the Samruddhi Expressway, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, JNPT-Virar corridor and Jawaharlal Nehru Port supports faster interstate distribution, better transit timelines and efficient last-mile delivery.

The facility is designed for round-the-clock operations and can handle high inbound and outbound volumes. It aims for a truck turnaround time of about one hour and supports specialised cold beverage logistics. It also offers value-added services such as packing, repacking, palletisation and shrink-wrapping.

Operations at the facility are supported by digital systems, including SAP integration for GRN processing and invoicing, along with a warehouse management system for real-time inventory tracking and monitoring of services. This helps improve visibility, accuracy and responsiveness across the supply chain.

The company said the new facility is also expected to create more than 50 direct and indirect jobs in the region. It also plans to invest in electric vehicles for last-mile delivery as part of its sustainability efforts.

“The addition of this 50,000 sq. ft. dedicated facility in Bhiwandi reflects our commitment to scaling alongside our customers,” said Snehil A Singhai, AVP – Business Development and Customer Experience, KSH Integrated Logistics. “As demand increases across fast-moving sectors, logistics infrastructure must be agile, technology-driven and future-ready. Strengthening our presence in Bhiwandi enhances supply chain speed, flexibility and resilience for global brands.”

With this expansion, KILPL aims to strengthen its position as a logistics partner for large-scale, round-the-clock supply chain operations serving global enterprises.
