iThink Logistics launches India’s first AI-powered DDP tool for SMEs

iThink Logistics (ITL) has launched India’s first AI-powered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) tool for cross-border eCommerce. The platform provides small and medium exporters with upfront pricing that includes freight, duties, and taxes, and integrates compliance through an AI-powered duty and tax engine.

The tool allows exporters to access all-inclusive international shipping rates without requiring customers to pay duties at the time of delivery. It is available through ITL’s booking dashboard and APIs and supports major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Etsy, along with custom shopfronts.

At the core of the platform is a generative AI-driven classification engine that uses customs data to assign the correct HSN codes to products based on descriptions, titles, and images. Exporters receive real-time duty and tax estimates that update in line with regulatory changes across markets, including the United States and the European Union. The system also accounts for policy changes such as the U.S. “triumph tariff” on Indian goods.
