Delhivery elevates six senior leaders for wider business roles
The appointments take immediate effect, with executives set to lead network, in-city, automation, procurement, sales and strategy functions.
Delhivery has elevated six senior leaders to executive leadership positions as part of efforts to strengthen its leadership team for the next phase of growth.
The appointments, effective immediately, reflect the company’s continued growth, organisational maturity and focus on building leadership from within.
Arun Bagavathi has been appointed Chief Operating Officer – Network Operations. He has led Delhivery’s network operations, fleet management and control tower functions. In his new role, he will oversee the end-to-end performance and efficiency of the company’s nationwide logistics network.
Prashant Gazipur has been appointed Chief Operating Officer – In-city Operations. He has led last-mile operations across Delhivery’s urban delivery network and played a key role in expanding last-mile reach and capacity. He will now lead city-level operations strategy, including franchise pickup and drop operations.
Nikhil Ummat has been appointed Chief Operating Officer – Engineering and Automation. He has led Delhivery’s automation initiatives and fulfilment centre operations and has been involved in the company’s drone and robotics programme under Delhivery Robotics. In his new role, he will lead the company’s engineering and automation infrastructure strategy.
Sunny Raja has been appointed Chief Procurement Officer. He has led Delhivery’s procurement and commercial functions, helping build scalable and cost-efficient supply-side capabilities. He will now oversee capital expenditure strategy, partner management and commercial optimisation across the company.
Varun Bakshi has been appointed Chief Sales Officer. He has played a key role in growing Delhivery’s Part Truckload business and developing long-term enterprise relationships with brands across sectors. He will now lead the company’s direct and cross-selling strategy across business lines and customer segments.
Vikas Kapoor has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer. He previously led Delhivery’s Full Truckload business and will now be responsible for shaping long-term strategic priorities, identifying growth opportunities and driving cross-functional alignment.
