The company also extended its international footprint into the UAE using its own containers as part of its overseas logistics operations.

In the domestic cargo segment, CONCOR expanded the transportation of bulk cement in tank containers across the country. The company also entered strategic partnerships to improve port connectivity and rail logistics operations. These included an agreement with Vizhinjam International Seaport Ltd for setting up a container freight station near Vizhinjam Port and a partnership with JNPA to work as a common rail operator at Vadhavan Port.

The company also increased its focus on end-to-end logistics services in association with Indian Railways. CONCOR said assured transit time trains and door-to-door parcel services were introduced during the year. The company also initiated the development of Sonic as an integrated cargo logistics hub as part of its logistics network expansion strategy.

As part of its digital initiatives, CONCOR launched its in-house Bill of Lading system to support documentation and cargo-processing functions. The company said the move is aimed at improving operational integration and logistics efficiency across its services.

The company also highlighted its focus on green logistics initiatives. CONCOR said 230 LNG trucks and five reach stackers are currently deployed, while two electric vehicles have been introduced at CONCOR terminals.
