Baweja Automotives (BAPL), a subsidiary of Ahmedabad Roadlines, on 16 September announced its continued growth and expansion across India, bolstered by robust service capabilities and an expanding network of logistics and warehousing facilities.
According to an official press release, the company's operations encompass a wide range of services, including warehousing, full truck load (FTL) logistics, and specialized distribution solutions.
"Our focus has always been on efficiency, reliability, and customer delight," said Rohiet Baweja, Director of BAPL. "With each new facility, we have strengthened our ability to provide integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients in white goods, automotive, and beyond."
Over the past two years, BAPL Group has significantly expanded its warehousing footprint to over 450,000 square feet, establishing a presence in major logistical hubs like Palwal, Mumbai, and Kolkata.
The group's latest warehouse in Palwal, which launched in September 2024, offers comprehensive, end-to-end supply chain solutions, including primary transportation, hub handling, and last-mile delivery. The Palwal facility, along with the other warehouses, enables the group to manage an average inventory worth ₹1,800 crore.
Since the launch of its first warehouse in Kolkata in February 2023, BAPL has consistently delivered measurable value for its clients. The company has successfully reduced turnaround times by over 60%, with on-time delivery rates exceeding 99%. Additionally, damages and shortages have been significantly minimized, further highlighting the company's commitment to operational excellence.
The Mumbai warehouse, which began operations in March 2024, has further enhanced BAPL's service reach, enabling last-destination deliveries within 48 hours.
