Gurugram-based full-stack supply chain company Prozo has secured a strategic investment from actor and entrepreneur Ranbir Kapoor, marking a significant endorsement of technology-led logistics infrastructure in India. Kapoor, who is known for his business ventures including ARKS and Mumbai City FC, brings both capital and strategic depth to Prozo’s growth plans.

Prozo operates a tech-enabled supply chain platform that integrates warehousing, freight, and fulfillment. Its proprietary systems—ProWMS, ProShip, and Control Tower—allow brands to manage B2B, D2C, and marketplace operations with real-time visibility and service-level accountability.

“Every brand today needs speed, consistency, and adaptability,” Kapoor said. “Prozo’s systems give brands that edge. I’ve seen how great execution builds trust—and Prozo is enabling that behind the scenes.”

Prozo’s founder and CEO, Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, a former naval doctor and McKinsey consultant, emphasized the synergy, stating: “Ranbir brings creative depth and strategic thinking. His belief in reliable operations mirrors our ethos.”

With over 150 brands on its platform, including The Minimalist, Beardo, Snitch, and PhonePe—Prozo operates 42 warehouses spanning 2.2 million sq. ft., reaching 24,000+ pin codes. The company has a ₹250 crore annual revenue run-rate and has raised $20 million from Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia.

Prozo plans to scale its Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery (SDD/NDD) services, expand into new cities, and provide fulfillment solutions tailored for MSMEs and quick commerce brands.

As digital-first and omni-channel brands scale rapidly across India, Kapoor’s investment in Prozo underscores the growing importance of backend supply chain agility in consumer trust and brand growth.
