Pranik Logistics has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Government of India Navratna undertaking under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. The agreement, signed on 16 October 2025, aims to collaborate in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and ancillary services across India.

The MoU provides a framework for both organisations to use each other’s infrastructure and service strengths to improve supply chain efficiency and deliver integrated logistics solutions nationwide.

Under the understanding, CWC will offer storage space, inventory management, and related services to Pranik Logistics when required. In turn, CWC may use Pranik Logistics transportation and logistics services as part of the collaboration. Pranik Logistics will also register itself on CWC’s Transport Management System (TMS) platform as an authorised transporter.

The MoU is non-binding and meant for exploratory and collaborative purposes. It will remain effective for seven years from 16 October 2025 and may be extended with mutual consent. The agreement does not involve any shareholding, monetary commitment, or immediate financial impact for either party.

Pranik Logistics stated that any future definitive agreements or material developments from this collaboration will be disclosed as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
