MyMuse, India’s leading intimate wellness brand, has partnered with ClickPost to use its AI agent Parth for handling delivery-related conversations, strengthening trust in the country’s fast-expanding sexual wellness market valued at $2.1 billion by 2030.

Delivery reliability and discretion are crucial in this segment, and MyMuse is turning to AI to ensure sensitive issues such as failed deliveries and address confirmations are managed privately. With Parth AI, the brand has automated 100% of delivery exceptions, removing the need for uncomfortable manual calls to customers.

“For us, a failed delivery isn’t just a logistical miss, it’s a moment where trust can be lost,” said Sharad Narayanan, Operations Lead at MyMuse. “Our customers expect a completely private and hassle-free experience, and we owe it to them. With Parth AI, those uncomfortable calls are now gone. Everything happens quietly, and we can finally scale without sacrificing sensitivity.”

The AI acts as a digital teammate, reaching out in a natural tone so seamlessly that most customers do not realise they are interacting with AI. It also collects feedback in over 90% of cases, helping MyMuse improve its logistics and delivery processes.

ClickPost, a logistics intelligence platform, built Parth to solve what it calls a very human challenge, handling delivery glitches without eroding trust. “To help new categories thrive in India, brands need logistics that understand people, not just parcels,” said Naman Vijay, Co-founder, ClickPost. “MyMuse understood that early on, and their use of Parth shows how the right tech can scale both trust and operations.”

Before this adoption, MyMuse depended on manual calls for delivery reschedules, which became unsustainable as order volumes increased. The use of AI now ensures scale, privacy, and efficiency in the company’s logistics chain.

Founded in 2021, MyMuse serves over 375,000 customers across 1,000 Indian cities and sells more than 20 wellness products on platforms including BlinkIt, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon and Nykaa. The company continues to work with ClickPost on new ways to simplify customer experience while maintaining discretion in deliveries.
