Mahindra Logistics appoints Yash Jalta as Head of Fleet Service Business

Mahindra Logistics has announced the appointment of Yash Jalta as its new Head of Fleet Service Business and Senior Management Personnel. The appointment officially takes effect on 10 March, following formal approval by the company's Board of Directors on March 9, 2026.

The company disclosed the leadership update in regulatory filings.

Jalta steps into this senior role bringing over a decade of specialised experience in supply chain management and cost management. He is already a familiar face within the company's ecosystem, having joined Mahindra Logistics' subsidiary, 2x2 Logistics, in November 2025.

Throughout his career, Jalta has built a strong reputation for improving service levels and driving operational efficiencies. His core professional expertise is centered on managing large-scale fleet and linehaul performance, pioneering and integrating technology-led procurement solutions, and overseeing complex, large-scale logistics service provider (LSP) operations tied to commercial responsibilities.

Prior to joining the Mahindra Logistics group, Jalta spent a portion of his career with logistics giant Delhivery. During his tenure there, he successfully navigated multiple operational areas, holding key leadership positions across fleet management, linehaul operations, procurement processes, and overall logistics strategy.
