Aegis Logistics net profit jumps 142%; Revenue up by 26%

Revenue for the six months ended September 30 rose 34% to ₹1,864.00 crore, from ₹1,390.00 crore last year.

Aegis Logistics, a player in India's oil, gas, and chemical logistics sector, reported a consolidated net profit surged by 142% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹54 crore for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26) to ₹54 crore from ₹22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Revenue from operations for the quarter saw a 26% increase, rising to ₹187 crore from ₹148 crore in Q2 FY25. Total income followed suit, climbing by 25% to ₹189 crore from ₹150 crore.

During the quarter, Aegis Logistics and its subsidiary, Aegis Vopak Terminals, entered into a business transfer agreement for the Gas storage undertaking at the Pipavav location. This transfer resulted in a one-time profit of ₹114.00 crore, which was recorded under 'Other Income'.

For the six-month period ended September 30, the company’s revenue increased by 34.% to ₹1,864.00 crore, compared to ₹1,390.00 crore in the previous year's half.

While the half-yearly profit saw a marginal dip, reaching ₹236 crore against ₹238.00 crore last year, the revenue expanded the underlying growth in the company's core logistics business.

Demonstrating its commitment to rewarding investors, Aegis Logistics declared and paid an interim dividend of 200% (₹2.00 per share) for the financial year.
