Titagarh Rail Systems has received approval from the Ministry of Railways, for registration as a Wagon Leasing Company (WLC) under the Wagon Leasing Scheme (WLS) of Indian Railways.
The company is now a registered Wagon Leasing Company, an approval marking its entry into the wagon leasing segment.
