CONCOR signs MoU with PSA Mumbai for rail-based cargo movements India
CONCOR and PSA Mumbai have agreed to enable movement of domestic and customs-cleared cargo via rail to ICDs and terminals, strengthening India logistics links .

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals (PSA Mumbai) to enable the movement of cabotage, domestic and customs-cleared cargo from PSA Mumbai to CONCOR’s network of Inland Container Depots (ICDs) and domestic terminals through rail-based services.
The MoU aims to support collaboration between CONCOR and PSA Mumbai for the development of multimodal logistics products. It is intended to strengthen connectivity and improve cargo movement between ports and hinterland locations across India.
The agreement was signed on 15 May 2026 in New Delhi. The signing took place in the presence of CONCOR Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Swarup, PSA Regional Chief Executive Officer MESAAT Vincent Ng, directors of CONCOR, and senior officials from both CONCOR and PSA.
