Snowman Logistics posts 16% revenue growth in Q1 FY26, expands network with 3 new cold chain facilities.

Snowman Logistics, a temperature-controlled logistics company in India, has reported a 16% year-on-year growth in revenue for the first quarter of the financial year 2025–26. The company earned ₹162.70 crore during the April to June 2025 quarter, up from ₹140.23 crore in the same period last year.
The company also posted healthy growth in profitability. Its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 3.6% to ₹25.09 crore from ₹24.21 crore in Q1 FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹2.54 crore, compared to ₹1.79 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, marking a growth of over 41%.
This performance reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its infrastructure and enhance its capabilities in the cold chain logistics sector. Snowman added three new temperature-controlled facilities during the quarter in Kolkata, Krishnapatnam, and Kundli (NCR region). These additions are part of its plan to strengthen its national footprint and serve rising demand across industries.
“We’ve seen healthy growth this quarter in both our traditional temperature-controlled warehousing business and the newer 5PL segment,” said Mr Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, Chairman, Snowman Logistics Ltd. “The demand environment remains strong across key sectors. With three new facilities added, we’re scaling up through a combination of owned and leased models. As demand continues to grow, we’re actively adding new locations to expand our capacity and reinforce our leadership in cold chain logistics.”
A journey from frozen foods to logistics leader
Snowman Logistics began its journey in 1993 as Snowman Frozen Foods Ltd., initially focusing on frozen storage and distribution. It was launched as a joint venture and played a pioneering role in introducing organised cold chain logistics to India.
Over the years, as the country’s food and pharmaceutical sectors grew and required reliable cold storage and transportation, Snowman transformed itself into a full-service cold chain logistics provider. It rebranded as Snowman Logistics Ltd. and steadily built a strong nationwide presence. In 2014, the company got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), further accelerating its growth.
Nationwide presence and wide industry reach
As of June 2025, Snowman operates 44 warehouses strategically located across 21 Indian cities. These facilities offer a total pallet capacity of 1,54,330, with advanced temperature control systems to handle products that require storage from +25°C to -25°C. The company caters to a diverse set of industries. These include dairy products like milk, butter, and cheese, as well as poultry, meat, and seafood. It also handles ready-to-eat meals and frozen food items. In addition, the company provides cold chain solutions for the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Retail businesses and quick service restaurant (QSR) chains are also among its key clients. Moreover, it supports food processing units and companies involved in import and export operations.
Snowman’s fleet of refrigerated vehicles supports efficient first-mile and last-mile delivery, ensuring quality and safety across the supply chain. In addition to its core warehousing and transport operations, Snowman is actively investing in fifth-party logistics (5PL) services.
