Sical Logistics reported a 35.9% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹1.326 billion in Q1FY27, compared with ₹975 million in Q1FY26. Consolidated EBITDA rose 8.8% year-on-year to ₹250 million, while EBITDA margin stood at 18.8%.

Sical Logistics, an integrated logistics service provider covering mining logistics, terminals, warehousing and third-party logistics (3PL), announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Mining Logistics was the main contributor to revenue growth during the quarter, with revenue increasing 61.7% year-on-year to ₹710 million. Revenue from Terminals increased 23.6% year-on-year to ₹444 million, while Warehousing and 3PL revenue stood at ₹172 million.

Sical said the growth in Mining Logistics was supported by an increase in its production share in the Nigahi project to 35% from around 25% in FY26. The Terminals business grew following the start of operations at the Chennai Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) and improved margins in its container freight station (CFS) operations.

The company said its Warehousing and 3PL business remained resilient and recorded margin expansion, supported by a decline in the low-margin Full Truck Load transportation business.

Sical Chairman and Independent Director Satish Kumar Reddy said the company started FY27 with revenue growth of 36% year-on-year despite operational disruptions caused by geopolitical developments and higher fuel costs.

“Despite operational disruptions arising from geopolitical developments and elevated fuel costs during the quarter, we achieved EBITDA growth of 9% YoY,” Reddy said.

During the quarter, Sical also monetised non-core assets and executed ₹1.150 billion in banking facilities with Axis Bank to support refinancing and working capital requirements.

The company said its outlook remains positive, supported by a healthy order book in Mining Logistics and growing activity across its terminal and multimodal logistics businesses.

Sical also expects revenue contribution from the SECL Porda-Chimtapani project going forward. SECL has issued a revised work order approving a partial site change at Kanchan OCM. Sical will reallocate part of the contract from Porda-Chimtapani to operations at Kanchan-OCM, which is expected to start from Q2FY27.

The company reported EBITDA of ₹140 million from Mining Logistics in Q1FY27, compared with ₹131 million in Q1FY26. Terminals EBITDA increased to ₹97 million from ₹89 million, while Warehousing and 3PL EBITDA rose to ₹12 million from ₹10 million.

Sical's consolidated revenue from operations was ₹3.857 billion in FY26, while EBITDA stood at ₹783 million.
