Shadowfax Technologies Limited has launched ‘Shadowfax 360’, a unified digital shipping platform aimed at enabling small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands to register and begin shipping within minutes.

The platform is designed to provide small sellers and emerging brands with access to an enterprise-grade logistics network covering more than 15,000 pincodes across 2,500 cities in India. It introduces a transparent flat-rate billing model to remove weight-based disputes, along with one-click integrations with major sales channels such as Shopify and WooCommerce. An AI-driven Return to Origin (RTO) Predictor is also included to help reduce return risks, while faster cash on delivery (COD) remittance cycles are aimed at supporting SME liquidity.

Shadowfax 360 operates as a self-serve portal that removes traditional onboarding barriers, allowing businesses to start nationwide shipping without minimum order commitments. The platform is accessible to a wide range of sellers, including early-stage D2C brands, marketplace sellers transitioning to their own channels, and mid-market businesses.

The company said the launch is part of its strategy to expand its seller ecosystem and diversify its merchant base beyond enterprise and marketplace clients. It expects the platform to drive new customer acquisition and contribute to volume growth and revenue diversification over time.

Praharsh Chandra, Whole-time Director and Chief Business Officer at Shadowfax Technologies Limited, said Shadowfax 360 is aimed at bringing new customers into its network and positioning the company as a default logistics partner for SME and D2C commerce in India.

Shadowfax 360 is available from April 21, 2026, and is currently launched for the domestic market in India.
