Prozo promotes Vaibhav Dhawan, takes charge as Chief Operating Officer
Dhawan has held both positions - COO and CTO - w.e.f April 1, bringing a unified approach to Prozo’s strategy.

Prozo announced that Vaibhav Dhawan, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will also assume the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Effective April 1, 2025, Vaibhav has held both positions - COO and CTO - bringing a unified leadership approach to Prozo’s technology and operations strategy, says an official release.
"In his expanded role, Dhawan will drive tighter alignment between Prozo’s technology roadmap and operational execution, enhancing agility, service quality, and responsiveness across client engagements. This strategic move underlines Prozo’s commitment to building a future-ready, SLA-driven supply chain ecosystem powered by deep technology integration."
