Mahindra Logistics Ltd. reported a 15 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue at ₹6,999 crore for FY26, with a return to profitability after two financial years, posting a reported profit after tax (PAT) of ₹2.3 crore for the year ended 31 March 2026.

The company announced its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year on 23 April 2026. For Q4 FY26, revenue stood at ₹1,791 crore compared to ₹1,570 crore in the same period last year, while EBITDA rose to ₹112 crore from ₹78 crore. The company reported a PAT of ₹20.2 crore against a loss of ₹6.7 crore in Q4 FY25.

For the full year, EBITDA increased to ₹376 crore from ₹284 crore in FY25. Operational PAT stood at ₹8.2 crore compared to a loss of ₹35.8 crore last year, while reported PAT was ₹2.3 crore.

On a standalone basis, Q4 FY26 revenue rose to ₹1,414 crore from ₹1,293 crore, with EBITDA at ₹99 crore compared to ₹80 crore. Reported PAT for the quarter increased to ₹21.4 crore from ₹13.1 crore.

For the full year standalone performance, revenue reached ₹5,672 crore compared to ₹5,013 crore in FY25, while EBITDA stood at ₹353 crore against ₹297 crore. Reported PAT was ₹43 crore.

The company said revenue growth was driven across business verticals, supported by operating and financial discipline. The express business recorded 25 per cent year-on-year revenue growth and achieved a positive gross margin of 1.3 per cent during FY26, supported by network optimisation and cost control measures.

Freight forwarding registered 14 per cent revenue growth despite a challenging global trade environment, with EBITDA increasing by 48 per cent due to margin expansion and improved traction in the nomination business.

The mobility segment reported a 22 per cent increase in revenue and 45 per cent growth in EBITDA, supported by additions to the B2B portfolio and the launch of Alyte Prive, a premium technology-enabled B2C mobility service.

Last mile delivery operations continued to strengthen, with the business generating an EBITDA of ₹2.2 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to a loss in the previous quarter, while warehousing operations maintained scale at 20.4 million square feet under management.

Commenting on the performance, Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and CEO, said the quarter reflected sustained momentum in the company’s transformation journey, driven by improved execution discipline, operational focus, and stronger performance across contract logistics and express businesses.
