Jeena & Company partners with Salesforce for AI-driven transformation
This will enable connected and data-rich experiences for customers and partners.

Salesforce has announced that it has entered a strategic collaboration with Jeena & Company, one of India’s largest family-owned logistics and freight forwarding firms, to accelerate the latter’s digital transformation. The partnership will see Jeena & Company implement Salesforce’s AI-powered platform to improve customer intelligence, enable data-driven decision-making, and create consistency across teams.
In the first phase, Jeena & Company will deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance sales visibility and enable integrated engagement across its logistics network. The platform will give sales teams real-time visibility throughout the deal cycle, support faster closures, and improve conversion rates.
Using Salesforce Customer 360, the company aims to personalise outreach, deepen customer engagement, and tap recurring revenue opportunities.
Jeena & Company, which has a 125-year legacy and presence across freight and logistics verticals, will move from legacy systems to intelligent workflows through the collaboration. This will enable connected and data-rich experiences for customers and partners.
Ayesha Katgara, Head of the Transformation Office at Jeena & Company, said, “We believe this collaboration with Salesforce is more than just a technology upgrade—it’s a strategic step in embedding agility, transparency, and intelligence into every interaction. We’re laying the foundation for long-term innovation across our operations and client engagements.”
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director & SVP – India, Sales & Distribution at Salesforce, said, “We are delighted to collaborate with Jeena & Company in their 125th year.
