The expansion highlights ESR’s commitment to strengthening Western India’s industrial landscape, adding to its existing 480-acre footprint across Ahmedabad and Maharashtra hubs including Nagpur, Ranjangaon, Chakan, Taloja, and Bhiwandi.
“Maharashtra has emerged as one of our strongest and fastest-growing markets. Our continued investment reflects the confidence we have in its industrial potential, talent ecosystem, and long-term growth trajectory,” said Abhijit Malkani, CEO, India, ESR.
