Emiza opens Farukhnagar warehouse to expand fulfilment network
The facility can process 800,000 orders monthly, serve as a returns hub and create over 500 jobs, strengthening logistics capacity in northern India.

Emiza has launched a new 1,20,000 sq. ft. multiclient fulfilment warehouse in Farukhnagar, Haryana, to meet the growing demands of the e-commerce and retail sectors, particularly in northern India. The facility has a pallet capacity of 15,000 and includes 23 docks to streamline loading and dispatch operations. The launch marks Emiza’s sixth warehouse in the Delhi/NCR region and expands the company’s total warehousing footprint to more than 60,00,000 cubic feet across over 11 cities and 11 states.
The Farukhnagar facility is designed to handle up to 800,000 orders per month, significantly strengthening Emiza’s fulfilment capabilities. It has also been developed as a dedicated returns processing centre with built-in capabilities to manage returns for partner brands. Located in a key logistics hub, the warehouse is expected to support optimised last-mile services and improved order fulfilment for businesses across the region.
As part of its sustainability efforts, Emiza plans to install solar panels at the facility, similar to those at its KSquare warehouse. The company said the initiative reflects its focus on greener energy and environmentally responsible operations.
The warehouse is also expected to support the local economy by creating more than 500 employment opportunities as operations continue to scale.
Commenting on the launch, Ajay Rao, Founder and CEO of Emiza, said the Farukhnagar warehouse represents a significant step in the company’s efforts to strengthen logistics infrastructure for modern businesses. He said the facility has been designed to support agility, resilience and faster response to client requirements while enabling seamless supply chain management and future expansion.
Jitendra Kumar, Co-founder of Emiza, said the facility has been built with a strong focus on operational efficiency and the smooth movement of goods. He said the warehouse layout and equipment have been designed to support faster handling, accurate storage and timely dispatch.
According to the company, the facility is equipped with VMS-enabled CCTV surveillance, balanced ventilation systems, multi-tier shelving racks and modern stackers to improve storage utilisation and cargo movement. It also features high floor load-bearing capacity, adequate clear height and structured dock doors with dedicated loading and unloading bays to support the handling of large cargo volumes.
The warehouse includes a comprehensive firefighting and fire alarm system, diesel generator power backup and energy-efficient LED lighting. Emiza said the facility has been developed in line with required regulatory and operational standards to ensure safety, compliance and operational reliability.
With the Farukhnagar facility now operational, Emiza said the expansion strengthens its warehousing network across key logistics corridors and enhances its ability to provide reliable and scalable supply chain solutions as demand for efficient fulfilment and distribution continues to grow across India.
