Emiza joins hands with Raymond to boost online fulfilment efficiency
Emiza to enhance Raymond’s online operations with faster deliveries, higher accuracy, and seamless nationwide fulfilment.

Emiza, one of India’s leading third-party logistics (3PL) providers, has entered a strategic partnership with Raymond, the country’s iconic fashion and lifestyle brand, to manage end-to-end fulfilment for its entire online portfolio. The collaboration aims to enhance the digital shopping experience for Indian customers by improving delivery speed, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
Through its nationwide network of over 24 fulfilment centres across 12 cities, Emiza will handle more than 1.45 million annual shipments for Raymond’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) website and marketplace operations. The scope covers warehousing, packaging, and intelligent order fulfilment for brands such as Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, and Ethnix.
Emiza’s technology-driven approach will enable smart routing for Raymond’s D2C website orders, ensuring shipments are dispatched from the nearest store to reduce delivery time. The partnership is expected to lower average delivery timelines by 20% and improve order accuracy to above 99.7%. It will also strengthen inventory management and provide premium, customised packaging aligned with Raymond’s brand identity. Additionally, Emiza will oversee marketplace claims to minimise losses across third-party platforms.
