DTDC Express Ltd. has launched the Bharat One Hub, a new logistics facility at Rathiwas in Haryana, as part of its ongoing investment in expanding logistics infrastructure and improving freight connectivity across North India.

Strategically located to serve Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and neighbouring markets, the 1.5 lakh sq. ft. facility has been designed to strengthen mid-mile operations, increase processing capacity and improve shipment movement across key freight corridors.

The hub has a peak processing capacity of 2,500 tonnes per day and is operated by a workforce of more than 150 trained professionals. It is equipped with advanced sorter systems, multiple conveyor belts, hydraulic dock infrastructure and enhanced dock utilisation capabilities to accelerate freight consolidation, reduce turnaround times and support higher shipment volumes.

The new facility will function as a key transit hub within DTDC's nationwide network, helping reduce transit bottlenecks, optimise route efficiency and improve shipment flow across North India. The additional capacity is also expected to enhance network resilience during periods of high demand and seasonal shipment peaks.

DTDC said the Bharat One Hub reflects its vision of building a unified logistics backbone for India by creating scalable, technology-enabled infrastructure capable of supporting businesses of all sizes. The company added that stronger logistics networks will play an increasingly important role as commerce expands beyond metropolitan cities into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

Abhishek Chakraborty, Chief Executive Officer of DTDC, said resilient and scalable logistics infrastructure will be critical to supporting India's next phase of economic and commercial growth. He noted that the new hub strengthens the company's operational agility while enabling businesses to reach customers more quickly and reliably.

The Bharat One Hub forms part of DTDC's Vision 2030 strategy, which focuses on expanding logistics infrastructure, increasing automation and improving operational efficiency across its nationwide network.

DTDC currently operates more than 500 logistics facilities and over 16,500 customer access points, providing logistics services across 96% of India's population. The addition of the Bharat One Hub is expected to further strengthen the company's network capacity while supporting faster and more efficient freight movement across the country.
