Deendayal Port Authority has facilitated the dispatch of LNG tanks by INOX India Limited for a project in The Bahamas, marking a key development in the execution of the overseas energy infrastructure project.
According to the release, the shipment highlights the port authority’s capability to handle specialised and complex cargo, while supporting India’s growing role in global energy logistics.
INOX India stated that the dispatch is part of its ongoing work on a mini-LNG terminal project in The Bahamas. The company noted that this development represents an important step in the project’s progress.
The release added that the LNG tanks are being supplied as part of a broader scope of work for the terminal, which includes critical infrastructure required for LNG storage and handling.
