Borzo WeFast expands 3W and 4W intra-city delivery network
Borzo WeFast is expanding its 3W and 4W delivery network after a successful Mumbai pilot, with plans to enter Delhi NCR and Bengaluru by mid-2027.

Borzo WeFast, a global intra-city delivery platform for individuals and businesses, has expanded its three-wheeler (3W) and four-wheeler (4W) delivery network as it looks to strengthen its position in India's intra-city logistics market. The move is part of the company's broader plan to become an integrated intra-city logistics super app, enabling customers to move everything from small parcels to large cargo through a single platform.
The expansion follows a successful nine-month pilot in Mumbai, where Borzo WeFast completed nearly 100,000 deliveries using 3W and 4W vehicles. During the pilot, more than 5,000 active customers used the service, while customer retention reached nearly 80%, reflecting growing demand for reliable same-day deliveries of larger shipments.
The company currently completes more than 1.2 million deliveries every month across India and serves a customer base of over 400,000 users.
Demand for larger vehicles is being driven by businesses such as SMEs, D2C brands, food chains, bakeries, home décor brands, fashion labels, personal care companies, wellness businesses, pharmaceutical chains, grocery retailers and quick commerce players. These businesses increasingly require time-sensitive intra-city transportation for bulkier shipments.
Darryl Dias, Country Head of Borzo WeFast, said the future of intra-city logistics lies in offering individuals and businesses every type of delivery through a single platform. He said the company's vision is to become the preferred super app for intra-city logistics, allowing customers to move everything from documents and parcels to large shipments. He added that the Mumbai pilot provided valuable insights into customer behaviour, supply-demand optimisation and operational efficiency, while the positive customer response confirmed the strong opportunity in the larger vehicle delivery segment.
Borzo WeFast plans to use the experience gained from the Mumbai pilot to expand the service to Delhi NCR and Bengaluru by mid-2027. The company aims to onboard around 10,000 active delivery partners in each city initially and further expand the network by the end of 2028. Its long-term goal is to build a comprehensive intra-city logistics ecosystem across major urban centres in India.
The company is also following a technology-first fleet strategy and remains open to all vehicle formats while encouraging delivery partners to switch to electric vehicles. At the same time, Borzo WeFast is exploring partnerships with EV-focused fleet operators to support a more sustainable last-mile logistics ecosystem.
With larger vehicle deliveries expected to account for 30% of its total delivery volumes by the end of 2027, the company is positioning itself for the next phase of growth in India's fast-changing hyperlocal logistics market.
