Blue Dart reports 7.7% growth in FY26 revenue

The company reported FY26 net profit of ₹23,969 lakh and recommended a dividend of ₹25 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval.

Blue Dart Express reported a 7.7 percent rise in revenue from operations at ₹6,14,088 lakh for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, compared to ₹5,72,018 lakh in the previous year. Net profit for the year stood at ₹23,969 lakh against ₹24,463 lakh in FY2024-25. The company’s Board of Directors has also recommended a dividend of ₹25 per equity share for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Blue Dart recorded revenue from operations of ₹1,53,347 lakh, up from ₹1,41,732 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year. Quarterly net profit stood at ₹4,322 lakh compared to ₹5,322 lakh in the same period a year earlier.

The company said the implementation of the new Labour Codes resulted in higher employee benefit expenses and freight, handling and servicing costs during the year. Blue Dart recognised ₹4,436 lakh as exceptional items in the standalone statement of profit and loss for FY2025-26.

On a consolidated basis, Blue Dart posted revenue from operations of ₹6,14,088 lakh for FY2025-26, compared to ₹5,72,018 lakh in the previous financial year. Consolidated net profit for the year stood at ₹24,731 lakh against ₹25,242 lakh a year earlier.

The Board meeting was held on on May 9, 2026. The company said the audited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
