BikeWo Green Tech has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Green Drive Auto Services Private Limited, also known as Green Drive Mobility, to jointly develop and expand electric logistics operations across India. The partnership will focus on last-mile, mid-mile and long-haul freight transportation, with the companies aiming to build a fleet of at least 5,000 electric trucks over the coming years.

Green Drive Mobility operates more than 350 electric trucks and approximately 8,000 electric two-wheelers. Its truck logistics customers include More Retail, DHL and Gati, while its electric two-wheeler operations support leading quick-commerce companies through ONDC-enabled last-mile delivery services.

The collaboration will combine Green Drive Mobility’s operational infrastructure, enterprise customer relationships and fleet management expertise with BikeWo’s focus on fleet ownership, financing, institutional partnerships and large-scale electric vehicle logistics development.

As part of the long-term partnership, BikeWo has expressed its intention to invest up to ₹1,500 million in Green Drive Mobility over the coming years. The proposed investment will be subject to mutually agreed commercial terms, business requirements, necessary approvals and definitive agreements. The funds are expected to support fleet expansion, technology integration, operational infrastructure and the development of new institutional logistics opportunities.

The companies also plan to accelerate the adoption of electric trucks across industrial freight, retail distribution, regional transportation and long-haul logistics. By combining their capabilities, they aim to strengthen enterprise partnerships, expand their geographic reach and develop more efficient, technology-enabled fleet operations.

Hiten Pal Saklani, CEO of BikeWo Green Tech, said, “The transition towards electric freight transportation presents a tremendous opportunity in India. Green Drive Mobility has built a strong operational foundation with an established fleet and relationships with leading enterprises. Through this partnership, we aim to combine our strengths to build a significant green logistics platform, across first-mile, mid-mile, last-mile and long-haul transportation. Our shared ambition is to scale to at least 5,000 electric trucks, supported by progressive investments, institutional partnerships and sustainable business models.”

Ala Harikrishna, founder and CEO of Green Drive Mobility, said, “Our association with BikeWo marks an important milestone in Green Drive Mobility’s growth journey. Having established a strong presence across electric truck logistics and last mile delivery, we see significant opportunities to expand our operations and serve a larger institutional customer base. This collaboration will enable us to strengthen our capabilities, accelerate fleet deployment and contribute to the growth of sustainable transportation across India.”

The partnership supports BikeWo’s broader strategy to develop an integrated electric mobility and logistics platform encompassing fleet ownership, leasing, operations and strategic partnerships. Both companies aim to build a scalable and commercially viable green logistics ecosystem that contributes to India’s transition towards electric transportation.

BikeWo Green Tech is developing an integrated mobility and logistics platform encompassing electric mobility, fleet management, logistics infrastructure and technology solutions.

Founded in 2020, Green Drive Auto Services Private operates under the Green Drive Mobility brand as a technology-driven electric logistics company.
