BAPL cuts turnaround time by 60% as logistics operations expand
BAPL strengthens its India network with upgraded hubs, tighter controls, and tech-enabled operations for faster delivery.

BAPL has announced a major operational milestone, achieving a 60% reduction in turnaround time (TAT) across its logistics and warehousing network. This achievement comes as the company continues to scale its national presence, backed by sustained process optimisation, targeted workforce upskilling, and deeper integration of technology across its multi-city supply chain.
Over the past two years, BAPL has expanded its warehousing footprint by establishing high-capacity facilities in Kolkata, Mumbai, and Palwal. These strategically positioned hubs have enhanced material flow and enabled faster, predictable movement of goods across key sectors such as consumer durables, white goods, and automotive. With improved design, automation-driven processes, and stricter quality controls, these facilities have significantly reduced damages and shortages, raising service accuracy across the network.
The company’s focus on streamlined route planning and disciplined operational processes has enabled it to consistently achieve 48-hour delivery timelines across several regions. This reliability has strengthened BAPL’s credibility among high-volume clients who rely heavily on timely, damage-free logistics performance to maintain competitive supply chain cycles.
Commenting on the milestone, Rohiet Baweja, Director, BAPL, said, “Achieving a 60% improvement in turnaround time is the outcome of years of disciplined execution, process innovation, and deep industry understanding. At BAPL, operational excellence is not a target; it’s a culture we nurture every day. This performance boost is a testament to our team’s passion for delivering superior logistics outcomes.”
Sharing his views, Litesh Baweja, Director, BAPL, added, “Our focus has always been on strengthening efficiency without compromising on service reliability. As we scale our warehousing and distribution network across India, our priority remains to consistently offer clients faster movement, zero-damage handling, and technology-backed transparency. These operational gains reinforce our commitment to building supply chains that truly create value.”
With a strong leadership foundation, digital-first operating systems, and a fast-growing pan-India network, BAPL is positioning itself to support the evolving logistical needs of India’s growth sectors. The company continues to invest in automation, route optimisation tools, and skilled talent, efforts that aim to enhance speed, safety, and service assurance across its operations.
As demand rises for efficient, resilient, and technology-enabled supply chains, BAPL is poised to play an increasingly pivotal role in enabling businesses to scale through a robust, agile, and future-ready logistics ecosystem.
