Prozo to power Caprese’s next-gen supply chain across India
Caprese will manage warehousing, inventory and nationwide fulfilment from Prozo’s new hub in Bhiwandi.

Caprese, the flagship women’s handbag brand of VIP Industries Limited, has partnered with Prozo to manage its end-to-end supply chain from Prozo’s hub at Antonov Industrial Park in Bhiwandi. The collaboration, launched in the presence of senior leadership from both companies, aims to deliver faster, more agile and customer-focused services across India.
With this partnership, Caprese is aligning its operations to modern retail needs where customers expect availability across boutiques, marketplaces and brand websites. Prozo’s tech-enabled and flexible infrastructure will power Caprese’s nationwide distribution, helping the brand offer consistent and efficient deliveries across metros, as well as tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
The Bhiwandi hub will act as the central node for warehousing, inventory management and fulfilment, ensuring scale and reliability for one of India’s leading fashion handbag brands.
Commenting on the tie-up, Vaibhav Dhawan, COO & CTO of Prozo, said that large enterprises are now embracing flexible, pay-per-use supply chains to meet rising customer expectations. “From our Bhiwandi hub, we will bring scale, resilience, and Prime-like delivery speed to one of the most admired brands in the fashion accessories space,” he added.
Hanumat Sastry, Vice President, Procurement & SCM, VIP Industries, said the partnership will make Caprese’s supply chain smarter and more technology driven. “This collaboration will not only improve efficiencies but also enhance our ability to serve customers better as Caprese continues to scale,” he noted.
Pushpita Gaur, Business Head, Caprese, highlighted that the brand has become a symbol of contemporary style and confidence. She expressed confidence that Prozo’s support will ensure not only stylish products but also a superior fulfilment experience marked by availability, speed and reliability.
Founded by Dr Ashvini Jakhar, Prozo has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing full-stack supply chain companies, with over 42 omni-channel warehouses across 2.5 million square feet, serving 24,000 pin codes and operating at a revenue run-rate of ₹250 crore. Its clients include leading enterprises such as Reliance, Aditya Birla, Bata and Daikin, along with new-age brands like Neemans, Snitch and The Minimalist.
VIP Industries, established in 1968, is among the world’s largest luggage and travel accessories makers. With Caprese, it entered the women’s fashion accessories segment, creating a brand that resonates strongly with Indian and overseas consumers.
This partnership reflects a broader shift in Indian retail, where brands are adopting agile, technology-led supply chains to ensure faster fulfilment and better customer experiences, with Bhiwandi emerging as a critical hub in this transformation.
